SMS from wordpress.com sin in not arriving

    After a rather disappointing repsonse to this issue a year ago where responders started questioning my reasons for signing in to wordpress.com rather than help me do it i thouht I;d brave these forums again.

    I use Jetpack.

    I need to sign into wordpress.com to use Jetpack with my sites hosted elsewhere.

    When I try and sign into wordpress.com I am told I am being sent an SMS with a code.

    The SMS does not arrive.

    The SMSes used to arrive but suddenly stopped working. My phone works fine with google, xero, mailchimp and host of other services that use SMS as 2FA.

    What can I do to start receiving the SMS again?

    I am on Vodafone in New Zealand.
