Hi, thanks for the advise. But the weird thing is I use the same form and send it to the admin for approver, it’s able to send. Once i send it to specific bosses for approver, the email do not route. My vendor had check, admin is able to reach M365 but for specific user. it’s not able to reach. OS level testing it work for sending out. But in wordpress, have this issue.

Hey there,
If the email sent, but is not received, it indicates there’s something awry with the receiving end.
As above – our support is limited in this instance wit this issue.

Hello there,
When you say hardcode, what do you mean exactly?
Have you tried running a test with a different hosting provider? We do offer email hosting via Titan and Google Workspaces, which may be of interest?

Hello there,
As the site is not hosted with WordPress.com – we can not help troubleshoot the issues you’re facing with regards to email.
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software you need to seek help at these forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/The only way for us to begin help is if the site was hosted on WordPress.com, on the business plan. It’s possible to migrate the site to WordPress.com – the steps of which can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
It looks like you’ve already got email hosting set up, so it’s possible to use this with WordPress.com, if you apply the custom DNS settings needed to power that email hosting. This is how these custom DNS settings could be added: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/#adding-custom-dns-records
I hope this helps and makes sense. :)
