So many problems! Need so much help!

    Hi,

    First things first: when I go to use support, it doesn’t recognize me as a user. I’m not sure why this is when I’m able to log in to my website and edit it for the most part. (www.powerfulpauses.us) When I go to contact support, it logs me out and says my account is not recognized.

    My main reason for contacting you is because I’m unable to make many of the edits I used to be able to make and would like some help with this.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with your site you need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
