social media buttons do not work

Dear WordPress, I have enabled both FB & LinkedIn sharing buttons for my site. But when I try to share the blogs a new window opens in either FB or LinkedIn, but the blog does not share. What’s up? Thanks. Fran Pultro

They work for me so I’m not clear why they don’t work for you.

Timethief, thanks for the prompt reply. Maybe it’s the addresses I’ve cut & pasted into the settings. I’m certainly not as tech savvy as many others.

Hi there,
The sharing buttons on your site work fine for me as well, so this is most likely a problem with your browser or your internet connection.
Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure you have third-party cookies enabled.
Then log into Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and try sharing again.
If the sharing pop-up window doesn’t load any content at all, it’s a connection issue. Resetting your modem/router by unplugging it for a few seconds should help with that.
