Social Media Like Popup Window

  Hi all,

  I would like to integrate a Facebook like iframe as a popup when a guest has been on the website for about 30 seconds. As we are not allowed to install plugins, I would like to know whether there is another way of implementing this?

  I am afraid there is no way to do that on WordPress.com.
