I have tried multiple times to connect my blog with Facebook and Twitter. The process seems successful but the (shared) text does not show up and my posts aren’t shared on either of these services. Help please!!!

Its not the share button I’m having problems with. I want it to automatically post to twitter when I publish a post. The settings for sharing suggest that this can be done

I’ve gone through that process about four times. I’ve connected and disconnected from the wordpress side as well as from the social media sites through their app button. I’ve followed the directions and linked and unlinked but no matter how many times I do this I still don’t get the (shared) text after the connection.

I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had publicizing your posts. Could you let me know the exact steps you take to create and publish your new posts (including what page you start on and where you click)? That will help me narrow down the cause of the problem.
