Software fault with uploading photo avatar = Fault number One ??

    As above, in attempting to upload a photo. your software does not allow any vertical movement in ‘cropping’. Therefore I immediately see a fault which any potential viewer/customer is going to find ridiculously inept. Is this going to cost me £ 180 annually ??

    It’s possible to use a photo with a profile with all plans on WordPress.com.

    I see a photo has already been uploaded to the account, is the issue here that the top of the head has been cropped/cut off?

    This will help to advise further.
