Solution for website security when giving access to multiple users.

    My website is based on photography & lifestyle. I want to add multiple user to my site, but I’m worried about security of my website because once i add a user to my site, they will have access to my Wp admin & dashboard. My question is that how can i give limited access to users like they can only post, like , reply comments & can view stats etc. I found some plugins but they are only available for WordPress.org but my website is on wordpress.com Do you have any solution for me ? please contact me (email visible only to moderators and staff)
