  hi

  someone has hacked my site and using it with the other profile name( almostfree378ead3c8). I dont know this user and he does nt allow me to change the contact of my pages. i pay yearly and have been using worldpress for 5 years now.

  how i can solve this problem and remove the hacker profile and protect my account again?

  Nothing has been hacked or whatever, you created the account almostfree378ead3c8 yourself about 2 hours ago when you posted this tread.

  As you have a paid plan, just use the Transaction ID to restore access to your paid account – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#transaction-id
