Some of my pictures do not show on website but do show in the wordpress editing pages

  When I go into my admin site, all my pictures are showing. When I open my website, some of the pictures do not show. I get the following error: Error 0004. Unable to load the image. However, when I go to the admin page, the picture is loaded. This has never happened before. I need help to fix this.
