Some of my posts have comments disabled, how do I fix that?

  Hi, I have a travel blog – https://www.thefoxsaystravel.com – and all my posts show that comments are enabled in the dashboard and the ‘allow people to comment on new articles’ is also enabled. Why are comments still off on some posts? How do I fix it?
