Some posts assigned to a Category are not showing up on that Category page

I created a couple of posts and assigned them to a category named ‘Contact Us’. When I open that page https://knowledgebase.worldox.com/category/contact-us/, a message says there are 7 articles, but only one shows up. I double-checked a post that is assigned to that category and it is Public, not Private. I don’t understand why it won’t show up.
