some problems about woocommerce

I have two confuse. If someone can help me i will very appreciate.
First question is : My commodities on shop page need to click many times to enter a commodity page. But on other pages, don’t have this problem. I really don’t know why ?Second question is : On mobile, the shop page can show two commodities in one column, however, commodities of other pages can’t show like that. On other pages only can show one item in one column. Also, the display of shop page and other pages is different. i really feel confused about these problem. Do i only have one way to fix by CSS ?

By the way, i am from Taiwan, so the language of website is chinese.The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
