Some visitors unable to leave comments

  I’ve been struggling with this issue for some time now. Some users are able to leave comments on my posts and some are not. I have tried all sorts to fix this issue – clearing cache, removing some of the plugins, altering the settings for the comments and nothing seems to work. I have checked and I can leave comments, but I get emails from visitors saying there is an issue.
