  Hi,

  So this account was set up in 2012 and the email was confirmed (which would require access to that email account). Is it possible that you set it up yourself years ago and forgot?

  Also, I would highly encourage you to choose strong passwords for all of your online accounts (email especially) and turn on two factor authentication when available.
