Someone hacked my blog?

Hi! I just got an email congratulating me for my new blog which I did not make. I logged in to my profile, and I noticed that someone changed my profile picture, and made a new blog. I already deleted that blog but I think they logged off from my old blog: pingvingblog.wordpress.com. My old blog is still up, but it says that it’s not mine now and I noticed that someone put a Ukranian flag banner there. Can somebody help me get my old blog back?

ok so i just found out that old blog is attached to another email, and i can log in with the other profile, but this account still got hacked i think, but i already deleted the spam blog they made

Our team is investigating a recent uptick in reports like this. In the meantime please change the passwords on your WordPress.com account to a strong and unique one, as well as change your email account password as soon as possible.
To add another layer of security to your account, you may also want to enable Two Step Authentication — a second step to the log-in process that no one but you can access — using your cell phone for authentication. Learn more about enabling two step authentication:
