    Someone has added themselves as a verified owner of my site. Google will not let me unverify them. How do I remove the html file they added to my site?

    When I try to unverify them through the Google Search Console, I get the message:
    ‘Deletion Failed’

    This is how they verified themselves in the first place:

    (email visible only to moderators and staff) is a verified owner using these methods:

    Can any please give Step-by-Step instructions on how to manually remove this html file from my wordpress site?
