Someone has made a wordpress site by my personal and Company name help

  Hi, my name is shinichi shimose and I live in Japan. One of my rivals has created a wordpress site and put in semi false information on the site by my name.
  I need help removing this as it shows it all under my personal and Company name.
  Attaching the link of the site, please help me to resolve this issue.
