Someone ripping off my OC design

    I was a member on a site called Wolf.Tixi.Dk
    Which is hosted on a WP domain.
    The admin is very toxic but deleted most of what was mine when I requested it upon leaving the site.

    However, she has a rude member that she is allowing to use a design clearly ripped off of one of my OC designs.

    How should I go about having the copy of my design removed? While I could’ve sort of lived with while I was a member, I can’t as a non member anymore, specially since they basically forced my hand abt leaving the site (By kicking me from the sites discord server AND denying me the right to access MY stuff, they basically wouldn’t delete anything until I finally found a way to contact them outside of the discord server, which was tough since I had to block them simply EVERYWHERE due to how much they’ve been harassing me)

    I feel I am in my right to ask for the design to be changed, but the thief refused, so how do I go about it? I figured WP would be a good place to go, I mean, since it’s on a WP site, and, this person is deliberately stealing my design and refusing to change it when asked about it nicely.

    https://wolf.tixi.dk/ is built using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.

    It is not hosted on our servers here on WordPress.com, so we have absolutely no control over that site.

    If that site is using your intellectual property without your permission, please contact their hosting provider directly to request that they remove it. We cannot help with this.
