Someone tried to log in to my account

  Hi. I received two e-mails from WordPress (not sure if it’s spam) with pin code for login. I have not tried to log in to this account for many years, so I suspect someone has tried to use my login. I have no use for this account any more, so I request that you delete the account so I won’t have this problem in the future. Thank you

  wordpress.com doesn’t delete accounts on demand, only the owner is able to do so. Just follow instructions as given at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
