  Someone tried to log in to my WordPress dashboard with my email. That means my email id is not secure. Do something to make it more secure. Please!

  Hi there,

  If someone tried to log in using your email, all that means is they know your email address. Anyone who knows your email address can try to use it to log in by typing it into the login page.

  As long as you have a strong password on your WordPress.com account, and also a strong password on your email account so someone can’t access it, they won’t be able to log into your account with us.

  To be extra save, though, consider enabling two-step authentication on both your WordPress.com and email accounts:
