Something is replacing my website phone number

  Hello, i am having this problem for weeks and i still don t know how to fix it…
  I know it looks very weird but the phone number from my website is being changed by itself. I saw this phenomena only on few devices (2 laptops and 1 desktop) and it looks like only this particulary number is being changed, other not!
  If someone knows how to fix this issue, please help !!!
