Something wrong with my account, I don’t see any notification on bell icon.

    Hi! The problem I am facing right now is that, I don’t see any notifications on bell icon, I’d to do it manually to check if there’s any notification. Moreover I don’t have access to many of features that are free. Most importantly I just to know if there’s anything wrong with my site. WordPress used to show ads that are only from wordpress, but now there are many ads running, Which is not done by me.

    To be sure I understand, you mean to say that when you click on the bell icon in the upper right, the sidebar (where notifications would normally show) does not load? Or do you mean that a blank sidebar appears, with no notifications shown?

    I see you are using Chrome as your browser, is this an issue if you were to log into your account using Firefox instead? Or is it an issue regardless of the browser you are using?

    Moreover I don’t have access to many of features that are free.

    Can you clarify what other features are not working for you?

    As mentioned here, ads are placed on free sites to help cover our costs, so thore are expected since your site does not have an upgrade at the moment.
