Something wrong with my dashboard

My dashboard isn’t working. I can’t get any drop-downs to see my blogs, there’s a big white block next to blog info. The strange thing is, if I goto the main wordpress pages I can see the drop-downs on the header bar. I can’t add widgets or do any of the drop and drag functions. Then I logged in yesterday and my themes are all broken, I had to used some themes that would work. As I scrolled the themes pages I saw a lot of broken images and non-working themes. What’s going on? or is it just me? help.

Have you already tried clearing the browser cache to see if that helps?
