sometimes my site is live, sometimes not.

  Sometimes I can see the site on my computer, and not on someone else’s. Sometimes it is visible on someone’s else’s computer and not on mine. So this is one issue. I can always get into the dashboard, so that is not an issue.
  Also, my privacy page just has access to the forms, it doesn’t give me the public/private option.
  Any advice would be appreciated.
