Sommerce theme

  Hi there,

  I recently bought an ecommerce theme called ‘Sommerce’ from ThemeForrest and am having difficulty applying the theme to my site- do I need to upgrade to a customisable site to do this? And once I have upgraded how do I apply this theme?

  You cannot apply this theme to a site hosted at WordPress.com. External themes only work with WordPress.ORG sites. Get your money back. There is no upgrade that will change this.

  There are thousands or tens of thousands of web hosts that will allow you to use that theme. All of them cost money, though; changing for a theme is generally not worth it unless you’ve already budgeted for hosting.

  I can pay a small monthly hosting fee- do you have any recommendations for me?

  So sorry to bother- as you can see I’m feeling a little out of my depth as I thought I would be able to apply this theme with ease.

  I don’t have any recommendations: by definition, all the bloggers here have chosen WordPress.COM as their hosts. There are recommendations over in the WordPress.org forums.
