    Hey there! I just signed up with bluest and it directed me here. Apparently it signed me up to create my website. Now in bluehost it is saying I have no website? im simply confused.

    Hello there,

    Happy to help clear up some confusion here.

    To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

    Currently, this site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, where updates are run automatically, we’d be more than happy to help.

    Out of curiosity, what do you need help with exactly?
