Soundcloud widget pasted code only shows text – not a badge / and homepage issu

  Hi Folks,
  Thanks for this great Web platform.
  1/. I am trying to paste in a Soundcloud link / badge – I have pasted the code into the text widget in the sidebar – it only shows the code on my blog – not the badge?

  2/. I have made an error setting up the home page – I would like the homepage to be the blog page. There is no way to go back to the url landing page (dizen.wordpress.com) on my blog once you are on the site. If I add a home page – my url is then djzen.wordpress.com/home – which is not as cool to promote….
