Soviet-style WP theme?

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a theme (paid or otherwise) which is Soviet-ish in its appearance? To give you an idea of what I mean in terms of color and font, see the following poster:

If you go to this page https://theme.wordpress.com/ and click the Find a theme button you will find search filters you can use to narrow your search.
Off the top of my head I can tell you we do not have any themes with that kind of graphic, but many themes have custom image headers and custom backgrounds.

re: fonts
You can set only one interface language on this page > Dashbaord > Settings > generalEvery theme has font styles. colors, and sizes designed into the theme. To change those throughout the blog requires a Custom design upgrade required to undertake CSS editing.
