Space upgrade and not upgrade to premium/business

  I need more space for uploading media files but whichever link I try to buy some more space I end up at a page which offers me a total blog upgrade to premium. I only want space upgrade and not premium blog update. I have also tried going to thins link: https://letsgosomewherebeautiful.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php but I only end up being redirected to premium/business blog upgrade. How can I have only the space upgrade?
