space upgrade purchase but no upgrade

  Hi, I purchased a space upgrade and added music under widgets but its not showing up? help please

  Hi there,

  I see that you added the Music Player widget (title “Tuneage”) on your widgets page. However, it looks like you haven’t selected any songs for the player yet.

  You can go to Appearance > Widgets, click on the Music Player widget, and then click on Choose Songs to add songs to the player. If you run into any trouble with that, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help further. :)

  still an issue – when I go to widgets and choose songs, I have three songs I select. Once i click “insert playlist into post” the link dies. There’s nothing… Please help me resolve. Thanks

  Hi Mike,

  You mentioned that the link dies. What do you see on the screen after you click the link? Do you get an error message?

  If you get a blank screen, here’s something to check: Go to Appearance > Widgets in your dashboard, and in the upper right corner click the Screen Options tab. If you see a link that says “Disable accessibility mode,” go ahead and click that link. Then, try setting up your Music Player widget again.
