As of October 1, 2021 the following graphic was listed in Media:
Today it is GONE. The only spacer I find now is:
I did not upload the file above. It appears that SOMEHOW my spacer graphic has BEEN RENAMED. How in the world did this happen? This messes up ALL OF MY BLOG POSTS AND PAGES – as I include spacer.gif in each and every one of them.
Since I cannot rename the file myself. Could someone please rename https://m2labs.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/spacer-e1464988108999.gif

Hi there,
File URLs are set automatically at the time they are uploaded, and the URL includes both the date of the upload as well as the original filename.
It is not possible for staff to rename a file on your behalf (since naming is automatic) and we are not able to restore a file once it has been permanently deleted from your site.
You are welcome to link to https://m2labs.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/spacer.gif and I can confirm it’s a valid image URL. However it’s not possible for us to rename https://m2labs.files.wordpress.com/2015/08/spacer-e1464988108999.gif or redirect it to the “spacer.gif” URL instead.
