  I’ve received 100’s of emails from an IP address: 154.196.135.5 with various email addresses including today: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it seriously wastes my time. I don’t know how to block it.

  The forum you’re posting in now is for the web hosting provider, WordPress.com. You don’t own any sites with us, and those emails aren’t coming from us, so we’re not able to help with this.
