Spam/Account Hacked

First I noticed that everything was taking a very long time to load. Then I noticed that when I click on ‘Pages’ there are now thousands of blank pages published all titled WP Spotify Collections that I have not created. They have continued to grow by the hundreds since I first noticed this was happening. In ‘Plugins’ I noticed that my Akismet plug in had been deactivated. What should I do?
