Spam comments being 'caught' that might not really be spam.
-
I cannot view spam comments. The stats page says that 121 comments have been blocked, but I believe they aren’t all truly spam. How can I view them to make sure I am seeing all of the ‘real’ comments that I should be seeing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Akismet will automatically delete comments that are absolutely known to come from spammers, but they will be included in the spam count. They will also not show you duplicate spams from the same IP address. Again, those are included in the count, but not shown to you. That is why the count can go up by more than the number of spams you see in your list. If Akismet has any doubt about whether it is spam or not, they will put them into the list for your review.

I get around one comment for every 3,000 to 4,000 Page views – sometimes the rate is less often – you can keep some of the spam for a while if you want
Dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion >> Don’t discard spam on old posts
Don’t approve spam or you will be flooded with more spam,

Thank you both for the help/advice. I guess I should be happy Akismet is doing its job. :)
