Spam Follower

There is a WP user who I do not know and somehow they keep on finding the blog(s) I’ve had on your service incl. my current blog no matter how many times I remove them from following. Sometimes when I remove them, they will follow again a minute or two later. Sometimes it’s a day or two from when I’ve removed them. The user is ‘RTWRoxy’ I am pretty sure it’s a spammer. Is there any way to prevent this specific user from following my blog? I have lost track as to how many times i’ve had to remove this person from following .

I’ll ask our terms of service team to have a look at that account, but also keep in mind someone refollowing a site when they’re removed does not indicate they’re a spammer. It only indicates they might want to read the content you publish.
Also keep in mind that removing someone as a WordPress.com follower in no way prevents them from accessing your site or following the RSS feed via a third party service. If a site is public, a WordPress.com account is not required to view or follow the site.
