Spam/inappropriate content showing up in Reader

  I have something called “Search Tube” showing up in my Reader. It repeatedly posts disgusting pornographic videos.

  I’ve unfollowed it, gone to its source page, which is a blog that is no longer active and one that I don’t follow. I can click “unfollow” every single time, and every time the page reloads, it appears that I’m following again.

  Please help! I have toddlers, a husband, and moreover, I myself have no desire whatsoever to have smut floating around in my Reader section. I’ve avoided WordPress for a month because of this, and it occurred that perhaps I should just ask for help instead! :)

  I can only suggest logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies completely (which will also log you out of every other site you are currently logged in on) and closing your browser.

  If after doing so you are still encountering the unwanted material in your Reader, please post back here and I or someone else will mark this for Staff assistance. Since they are apparently going walkabout for two weeks from the end of the day today, please let us know ASAP.
