Specific Hebrew punctuation wont display correctly

The Hebrew punctuation ‘Shurok’ (שׁוּרוּק) wont display correctly on my site.
The font I’m using supports it, and when I copy the text and paste it anywhere else I can see the punctuation correctly – only on WP it wont display
