  I am in need of a subscription option, a template that can show a grid layout for listings, and a way to build a 5-aspected discount package, where the customer can choose 5 different options to build their package.

  Yes, you’ll need either a Business or eCommerce plan for selling packages in the first place, and both of those plans also allow you to use any theme and plugin, so you’ll be able to build that here. :)
