Speed Issue on website

    Hi All,
    When measuring site speed via Google PageInsight scores, I am having a few issues. Can people tell me if this is a true representation of a site?

    Mobile: 29
    Desktop: 67
    After testing on Gtmetrix 82, I received the following results:
    PageSpeed Score – (40%)
    YSlow Score – (55%)
    Fully Loaded Time – 5.1s
    Total Page Size – 1.37MB

    Hey there! I redacted your site link; the one you shared was just a connection speed test that doesn’t use our services. Generally speaking, the results of a performance test:

    • may depend on your hosting provider
    • may be a problem with the code you’re using
    • could just require some relatively simple optimizations
    • could be that you’ve just got too much on page
    • Or, it could just be that your site’s use case needs more resources than average. If your site really is a speed test, for example, part of its purpose is to strain the connection a bit.

    You’ll want to consider what your site needs to do, ignore the advice that doesn’t apply to your case, and optimize where you can.
