My website speed is poor, and I’m not sure how to speed it up. Also, the menu doesn’t work on the mobile version of my site.

If you’re referring to hungryfitfoodie.com, then that site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Hostgator. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
