  I have a website on Denise-Soto.com under a username from my previous designer. How can I remove her email as the user name?

  And as I try to work on my site today to upload a blog, I get a spinning wheel.

  I have not technical knowledge which is how I began my site. The designer stopped working for me and I deleted quite a bit of her access. Is the username in any way affecting the spinning wheel prohibiting my work?

  Hi there, the site isn’t hosted with us. If you’re paying for hosting, you might ask the provider for help making backups and regaining admin access:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  From there you can modify the site users as needed.
