  Splendio Theme Blog At WordPress.com is at the bottom of my site and I want to delete that is that possible

  The footer credit is required to be displayed according to our terms of service:
  http://en.wordpress.com/tos/

  Note that even sites hosted through our VIP program, such as the TED blog, display a credit to WordPress.com in the footer.

  I have seen other WordPress websites without the footer credit how did they do it

  You may see some WordPress sites that aren’t hosted here at WordPress.com — they are using the free software from WordPress.org with another web host. You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
