    Hi I need help with my account. I paid for an annual plan on Dec 5th 2024, viva PayPal.com. My receipt ID is 8BN382881D1651936. For the amount of $72.00 premium plan but your system recognizes me as a free user. I cannot access support because of this. Please escalate this billing to a specialist.
    my domain is RewriteYourLifeWithDenise.com, my blog page is rewrite your life, my username is DeeLeone 2024, my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Please forward this to an individual that can help. I went in this crazy loop with AI for two hours and it shut me down because it could not give me a human support all because WP has me registered as a free plan. Frustrations are high here. This is my first attempt to creating a blog site..

    The account you used to contact us here is not the same as the account where your Premium plan website was created. This @deeleone1958kill account has no active purchases, hence why our system recognized you as only having a Free plan.

    I made a payment in summer for a premium account and was requested again December to pay a full fee for a premium account that does not even seem activated. Could you assist me?
