Split: Refund

Re: Moojoo Creative Writing site
Hi. I stopped paying for my domain and hosting over 2 years ago when l retired and closed my business.
Yet the above site is still viewable and accessible to the public via Google.
Then on January 1st, £93.78 was requested and taken from my bank account in your name. Why? Aside from the fact that I don’t want the Website to exist anymore, are you charging me for what you have confirmed today is a FREE basic website? If so, what specifically do the charges refer to?what specifically do the charges refer to?I’m sure you’ve made a mistake should not have taken the money.
I have been unable to access the admin side of the Website, since I have no record of logins or passwords anymore.
Please would you look into this urgently, help me log into the dashboard so so l can retrieve my portfolio pdfs for future use…close the website…and refund me the £93.78 ASAP.
Thank you
Michael Johnson
