I need help restoring my site to my account. rentscharconsulting.com comes up in the browser but not showing in my account panel. I also cannot login to the site via wp-admin.

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.
You should reach out to your host Bluehost for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site. You can reach them here:
