I got an email, 30 % off with code [redacted]. Only one problem…I can’t seem to fill it in and when I upgrade I get the same price as yesterday, no discount

Coupon codes are case-sensitive. You need to enter it exactly as it appears in the email you received.

I simply can’t fill it in…I can only press the button “upgrade” and be directed towards a page where I have to fill in my visa and agree with the full payment…nowhere I can fill in my code, that was sent to me, even through the link that was sent to me…exactly the same

On the page where you enter your credit card details, click the Have a Coupon Code? link on the left, right underneath the price:

The email in which you received the promotional offer should say until when it is valid. If you’re asking about the Spring promotion, that coupon in only valid until this weekend.

Hi, I keep entering the coupon correctly (as is in the email) but it gives me the error:
“Sorry, but we were not able to find that coupon. Please check that you typed the coupon code correctly and that this coupon is for the product you have selected.”
Is it one-time use only? I accidentally signed up for the wrong plan (and it did work then), decided to cancel it, and am now interested in another one.

I see you were able to purchase the Premium plan for eleven328550395.wordpress.com with the 30% discount. If this is the wrong site, I can move the plan and domain over to another site in your account. Is this something you would like me to do?
