Spurious charge on my credit card

  What is this charge for $36 on my corporate card? I have a website with your group, Writers Plain & Simple, but it’s supposed to be free. The theme is one of your free themes. Why are you gouging me $36?

  I am calling AMEX to protest this charge, and I would like a straight answer from your people that is not posted on a public forum.
