Square integration on Gravity Forms and Jotform

I work for a digital marketing agency and one of my clients is having an issue with the credit card number/CVV/expiration date field of their Square integration displaying correctly. This was working fine until earlier this month. The cardholder name field and label display fine. The cardholder details display is viewable, but the field for the user to enter the card details is not available. My client reached out to Square and they recommended we contact WordPress support about the issue.
