    Do you have a site already? If yes, can you share the link to your site so we can help? It seems you shared the physical address in the URL field when submitting the post. We’re looking for the address/link to your site.

    For WordPress.com sites with the WordPress.com Business plan, we have the instructions here for SSH. But I don’t see any WordPress.com sites on your account, so we’d need to know your site address before we can help or point you in the right direction.
